1. Returns Eligibility
Returns are only accepted in the case of damaged or defective items. We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or other non-damaged related reasons.
2. How to Report a Damaged Item
If your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately (within 7 days of receiving your order) at contact@marvellousblooms.co.uk. Be sure to include the following information in your email:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage
- Photographic evidence of the damaged item
Once we receive your request, we will provide instructions for returning the damaged item. If the item is confirmed to be damaged, we will offer a full refund or replacement.
3. Non-Damaged Returns
Please note that we do not accept returns for any items that are not damaged. We do not accept returns for reasons such as wrong size, incorrect color, or a change of mind. All sales are final unless the item is found to be damaged or defective upon arrival.
4. Return Shipping
If a return is authorized due to damage, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returning the item, as we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
5. Refund or Replacement Process
Once we receive the damaged item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or send a replacement. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and may take up to 5 business days to reflect in your account.
