Shipping Policy For Marvellous Blooms

1. Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 5-7 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight of your order, and the shipping method selected.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are determined by your delivery address and selected shipping method. During checkout, you will be able to view the available shipping options and their corresponding costs.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over £7500.
  • Flat Rate Shipping: We offer a flat rate of £4.99 for standard shipping on all orders.

3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after the payment has been confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

If there are any delays in processing your order, we will notify you via email.

4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • England

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you we will store tracking information provided by the courier which we will use if required to help process any lost orders.

6. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, please be aware that external factors (weather, carrier delays, etc.) can sometimes cause delays.

  • Domestic Orders: Estimated delivery time is between 5 and 7 business days.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Some remote areas may experience longer shipping times.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at contact@marvellousblooms.co.uk. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and assist you in receiving a replacement or refund if necessary.

9. International Shipping

At present we will not ship any orders outing of England.
